Our golden colored extra virgin olive oil "Baronesa de Ulm" is extracted from the olives grown at our manor Cortijo de Arévalo in the south of Spain. The manor lies in the heart of the province Jaén, one of the largest areas of olive oil cultivation in the world. The province itself is part of sun-blessed Andalusia. The tradition of olive oil cultivation in this part of Spain dates back to the first settlements of Romans on the Iberian Peninsula.
